Platinum care pack

This pack involves 6 months patient care in paediatrics as well as general homoeopathy. Every month subscriber of this pack gets 2 free consultations in both paediatrics and general homoeopathy. This pack costs Rs.1500/- and validity will be for 12 months. Lab charges, scanning charges etc will not be included in this pack. Free medicines with free delivery will be included.

Online consultations: 8 times
Clinical consultations: 4 times

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This scheme will be closed on 31 st December 2020 for registrations.

Beyond free consultations, normal consultation charges will be applicable.

One person in a family will be only eligible for this scheme. Multiple packages by single person is not allowed.

In unavoidable situations, clinical visits can be redeemed to online consultations with approval of Therapia Management.

Digital Cards issued in this regard, should not be transferred to a third party. Such claims will not be entertained.

Non-usage of consultations will not be accumulated or carried forward to next month.

Decision of Therapia Management will be final in this scheme.
